We offer three unique event spaces:
Lonestar Hall- up to 80 guests (banquet style)
Stockman’s Club- up to 200 guests (banquet style)
Stampede Ballroom- up to 600 guests (banquet style)
Your rental includes:
– Tables and chairs
– Set up and tear down
– Linens and napkins
– Complimentary centerpieces
– In-room sound system
– An onsite event manager
– First come first served complimentary parking
Yes! Outside catering is allowed with a $10+ per person service fee.
No, outside alcohol is not permitted.
Yes, we offer basic A/V rentals:
Projector & Screens: $200
Microphone: $100
Each room includes a built-in sound system compatible with phones and other devices.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for event guests. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis with a validation code provided upon contract signing.
Yes, all event spaces include access to designated restrooms located just outside the venues.

A deposit equal to 100% of the room rental fee is due upon contract signing.
Every rental guarantees 4 hours of set up time, and 5 hours for the event. Additional time is available for a fee- please contact us for details.
